Gentle golden hue with aromas of honeysuckle, sweet pear, and almond.
Palate–Lovely first impression of sweet honeysuckle blooms and something sweet underneath which I cannot come up with an adjective for it but I love it! The effervescence is fitting though fleeting though the finish hangs on a for a touch with cream almond.
I paid $15 for this $19 (regularly) sparkler from New Mexico–yes, New Mexico! This has been a long time stand out among the many wanna be states (all of which I believe lay claim to making wine. Most of which is plonk but this perennial winner from NM is outstanding year after year so raise a glass!
