Nice gold hue with aromas of lovely vanilla cream pudding, sweet pie spice, lovely ripe pineapple, with a lemon/lime punch

Palate–Nice foundation of tongue-cutting acidity (I love it) with true Chard flavors of off dry tropical fruit, and citrus on that buttery base.

I paid $14 for this deservedly $24 Carneros chardonnay.  Carneros is perhaps my favorite Chard region in California. The buttery texture is classic and the vibrant acidity to boot.  Raise a glass to bargain Chards!
