This blood red Chilean Cabernet has aromas of Mint, savory spices, fresh cherry, and black cherry

In the mouth the wine is well structured, with balanced integrated flavors of blackberry and fresh cherry, vibrant spiciness and lip smacking tannins with a finish of light cream cherry bonbons.

This Cabernet is from the Maipo Valley and is a nice expression of Chilean cab at this price point (around $15).  It’s been a while since I have cracked open a Chilean cab but they almost always tend to be a solid value so raise a glass!
