Chandon Rose Sparkling Wine

Nose: Lime, shortbread & summer flowers

Palate: Strong acids dominate and freshen the palate while pinpricks of effervescence stipple your tongue and cheeks.

Finish: Lemon vanilla custard finish with notes of hay and cranberry.

Overall: I paid $19 for this at a local wine store. It is a delightful breakfast rose sparkler perfect for summer lounging. I enjoyed it alone as well as in a mimosa where it added body and character to the morning cocktail. Raise a glass!
